For all software, hardware and accessories purchased, please select a credit card as your payment method. Your credit card billing address and zip code has to match with billing address and zip code on the order. We perform address verification and we do not ship to addresses without proper validation. PocketMap accepts the following credit cards:

The PocketMap Store will only charge your credit card when your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

PayPal
Customers who prefer to use PayPal can pay using their PayPal account by simply selecting the PayPal option during checkout.

Shipping & Handling

All software, hardware and accessories are shipped using UPS or USPS Priority Mail. International orders will be shipped UPS Worldwide Express or USPS Global Priority. The following is a summary of the shipping methods the PocketMap Store currently offers.

USPS Priority Mail is a free shipping option offered by the PocketMap Store. Priority Mail is available for shipments anywhere in the U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska. The service normally takes 3-5 business days once shipment is fulfilled. Most orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed, and USPS Priority Mail packages are not trackable. Please Note: You will only receive a notification once your order has been shipped, and you will not receive a tracking number to track your package's progress when using this shipping option.

UPS Ground is an economical way to ship your package in the U.S. The service normally takes 4-5 business days once shipment is fulfilled. Most orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed, and all UPS Ground packages are trackable. This method is not available for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS 3 Day Select is another economical way to ship your package in the U.S. with a slightly faster service normally taking 3 business days once shipment is fulfilled. Most orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed, and all UPS 3 Day Select packages are trackable. This method is not available for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS 2nd Day Air shipments are shipped anywhere in the U.S., and normally delivered by 5:00 p.m. the second business day after the order shipment is fulfilled. Orders are normally fulfilled the next business day after the order is placed. Orders are often shipped the same day when placed before 12:00 PM PST, however, the PocketMap Store may not fulfill orders until the next business day or later. All UPS 2nd Day Air packages are trackable.

UPS Next Day Air shipments are shipped anywhere in the U.S., and offer door-to-door delivery normally the next business day after the order shipment is fulfilled. Orders are normally fulfilled the next business day after the order is placed. Orders are often shipped the same day when placed before 12:00 PM PST, however, the PocketMap Store may not fulfill orders until the next business day or later. All UPS Next Day Air packages are trackable.


UPS Worldwide Express offers shipments to the following countries.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen products or en route delays after orders have been shipped from our premises. All orders are shipped with insurance covering the shipment value up to $100 at no extra charge. Additional insurance can be added for a fee at a customer's request. We are not responsible for importation charges; due to US Customs Regulations, we cannot declare a value different than actual value of an order, and we do not refund international or domestic shipping charges under any circumstances. Please review your shipping and billing details carefully before placing your order. Additional fees charged to us by our shipping vendors due to typos or misspelled addresses may be charged to your account. (For example, typing in the wrong shipping postal code when you place your order)

    Shipping costs for your order may vary depending on the weight of items. If an error was found while processing your order, you will be contacted and this will delay your order.


    Returns

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the PocketMap Store offers a thirty-day (from purchase date) return policy on all non-software products good for a refund or an exchange for the exact same item. Once PocketMap software is opened it can not be returned for a refund. Absolutely no exceptions will be made, unless the software itself is deemed "defective" by the manufacturing process. Please see the section below titled "Damaged or Missing Items" below for more on this topic. All returns must have an officially issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to receive a refund. Your account will be credited only after the return merchandise is received in acceptable condition with the original packaging, and all the original contents. Shipping fees will not be credited back as a refund under any circumstances.

    How to Return an Item

    To return an item, email the PocketMap team at
    service@pocketmapstore.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your credit card number for your refund. To ensure effective ongoing product development, the PocketMap Team will ask for detailed descriptions of reasons for requesting a refund. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a valid Product Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number written on the outside of the returning package. No exceptions. PocketMap will not accept any shipping charges for returned products.

    A 15% restocking fee will be applied to each returned item. This fee will not be waived under any circumstances. Your credit card will only be credited after we receive the return from you.

    Please Note: Refunds for software items can ONLY be issued on UNOPENED software.

    Damaged or Missing Items

    If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at service@pocketmapstore.com so that we can correct the situation. Software bugs do not constitute a "defective" product. A product deemed "defective" must be unique from the other products in the same batch in that the item did not meet the proper specifications due to manufacturing or duplication issues. When emailing us, please write "defective accessory" in the subject line, and we will gladly exchange the item with another one with the same product code. Please be sure to include your order number and how we can reach you.
